wide total quality management approach. we at Swati Polypack assures
that quality is built in throughout engineering, quoting, order
placement, shipment, and servicing.
All employees understand that quality and customer satisfaction
is our #1 priority. Quality is continuously instilled in our employees
through training and performance monitoring. We at Swati Polypack
requires that new employees are trained in awareness and accountability
of our quality procedures. Many of our employees either come from
the pre-employment training program or are enrolled in the apprenticeship
program. Employees also receive on the job training in plastics
and outside training in inspection and machine operation.
