Especially to heat the cylinders (barrels) on all types of plastic(s) processing machinery.
High watt densities provide higher operarting temperatures
Maximum sheath temperature upto 800°C
Maximum watt density = 50 watts / square inches
Note :In case where high watt densities are required, it is important that all heaters should be used with appropriate, approved and precise temperature control / sensor device(s)
By the use of higher temperatures, faster shot sequence is possible.
Use of special ceramic material "Steatite" that has high thermal conductivity
Available with various diameters, lengths, voltages, wattage, & configuration.
The heaters fabricated with heavy gauge of stainless steel body, Built-in insulation, the heating coils (made of high quality of Nickel - Chromium wires) inserted in the holes of Ceramic "Steatite" insulators, the protective junction box with metal braided fiberglass insulated leadwires, the high electrolyte copper lugs are crimp-on the exit of the lead wires, the spot welded "Clamp Bars" provides a uniform clamping format. This rugged construction results in longer heat life.
For the blower air cooling process / applications, The perforated ceramic heater can be manufactured as per your specifications. Available with many termination options.
