Coding Marking & measuring system for Pipe
    ROTARY AUTOMATIC (HOT EMBOSSING) COLOUR MARKING MACHINE:

The Aeromec Rotary Automatic Hot Colour Marking machine is expressly designed to mark in colour all type of polyethylene pipes, rigid P.V.C. Pipes, PVC/HDPE/PV sections during extrusion process.
The Aeromec machines do not have any induction motor to drive (Optional Motor Driven Models are available). It requires power only for heating. Scope of marking by Aeromec Machine Model No. AMC-210 is 10mm to 315mm outside diameter of pipes. The marking is done every one meter on the Pipes/Sections by using Precision Brass Stereos (Stamps) placed on the heater body. The stereos are heated by using Electronic percentage differential circuit which adjust the temperature. It is designed to colour mark by using a coloured polyester tape placed between the stereos and the Pipes/Sections to be marked. Option of periodical marking can be given with special electronic equipment and an apparatus with pneumatic working. Periodical marking can be set up to 3 digit.

› Upto 7 digit coder (Hand Operated)
