M/s. SWATI POLYPACK offers wide range of Quality Preforms in various sizes in narrow and wide mouth. Which is used for mineral water, edible oil, carbonated drink, Chemicals pesticides, confectionary, cosmetics etc. At present we are manufaturing this three major products of SUNPET containers and bottles are manufactured from Food Grade Polethylene Terephtalate (PET). Universally accepted for packaging all edible items like oil, Pickles, Masalas, Tea, Coffee, Spices, Confectionary, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Liquor etc. We are capable to manufacture worldclass quality products. Our range of products which includes wide mouth containers in a large range of volumes from 150 ml. to 06 litres and bottles in volumes from 60 ml. to 1 litre. We can also make custom made shapes and sizes for our customer's.
    ADVANTAGES OF OUR PREFORM
• Totally inert, non-toxic and Eco-friendly. Passes animal toxicity test.
• Exhibits good chemical resistance. Resistance to acids, alkalies, alcohols, common organic solvents and oils/fats.
• Sunpet bottles exhibit good mechanical strength, impact resistance, gas/water vapor barrier properties, low wall thickness/lightweight, consistent volume & neck-finish.
• Crystal clear/glass like. Can be colored for better UV and light resistance.
• Adaptable to both metal and plastic caps.
• Bottle dimensional accuracy gives consistent fill point and brimful volumes. Filling efficiency lines possible. Bottles manufacturing & filling can be synchronized on-line.
• Customizing. Bottles as per your design and specifications can be tailor made as per your requirements.
• Glued & heat shrink labeling possible.
