    2. HEATER MIXER
"SPARK" Heater mixer is a simple physical mixer used to mix solid components. Frictional heat generated during the process is utilized for mixing and hence known as "HOT MIXING". AC induction motor drives the mixer blade by V-Belt for efficient power transmission. We can deliver special application mixer as per customer's requirement.
 
Heater Mixer contains:

• Vessel
• Mixing Blade
• Baffle Plate

 
Vessel :
This is fabricated from SS material and fully polished for easy flow of material. Easy and perfect cleaning of the material is achieved by providing bottom radius in the vessel. Temperature probe is provided to measure temperature of material precisely.

Mixing Blade :
Optimum dispersion of the components of the mixture is achieved by simple and robust design of the blade. Easy and rapid removal and fitting of the blade is possible within a short time. This blade is designed for self cleaning and also adjustable to keep desired height with bottom. Abrasive coating ensures longer of the blade.

Baffle Plate:
This plate helps for proper mixing of a material.
 
    COOLER MIXER
"SPARK COOLER MIXER" is a combination to obtain high quality, homogenous mass production with economical cost. Hot mixer will attain the required temperature in short period with homogenous mixing & cooler mixer receive the discharge. Due to efficient and latest technique, the compound is cooled to a temperature in shorter time than the hot cycle.

COOLER MIXER contains:

  • Cooling Vessel
  • Cooling Blade
  • Conical cooling ring

This blade rotates slowly by reduction gear box drive to get maximum cooling of the material in a short time.

Conical cooling ring:

This ring is designed in such a way that mixture components get maximum surface area to cool down from high temperature to low temperature.
