PCRP Whitener (Tinopol) is an optical whitening/ brightening agent developed exclusively for use In plastics. PCRP Whitener absorbs light from lower frequency range of normal spectrum & reflects back with a bluish tint, suppressing the yellow index of base polymer.

APPLICATIONS
It can be used in almost all kinds of Plastics viz., LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, HMHDPE, PP, ABS, SAN, PVC, NYLON, POLYSTYRENE, POLYESTER, HIPS, EVA, Filled Polymers & all other engineering polymers.

TECHNICAL DATA

1. PHYSICAL APPEARANCE : Greenish Yellow Free Flowing Powder.
2. SOLUBLITY : Soluble in Hydrocarbons, ketons, other organic solvents & also in plasticizers.
3. HEAT STABILITY : Our product is stable upto temperature of 360B C. for enough time.
4. WHITENESS : PCRP Whitener gives neutral bluish shade to transparent plastics & gives neutral bluish lustrous shining whiteness to opaque plastics.

MIXING PROCESS

FOR POLYTHYLENE & POLYSTYRENE : PCRP Whitener can be directly added & mixed with hand or machine without predesolving in any solvent.

PCRP Whitener is available in small & Bulk packing. A small packet for 25kgs of Polymer bag. A bulk packing of 250gm, 500gm, 1 kg & 3 kg in HDPE Bottles or Carboys.

PCRP Whitener is also available in masterbatch form.
