In
order to impart specific properties to
the polymers we have a separate range
of additive Masterbatches :
UV : Agriculture
greenhouse film, PP woven sacks &
tarpaulin, crates, outdoor drums/ garbage
cans, FFS heavy duty bags, shrinkable
stretch film, garden furniture, extrusion
sheets, car interior and exterior parts,
etc.
ANTIOXIDANT :
Heat resistance in process stabilization,
mainly used for pipe, injection moulding,
blow moulding and extrusions.
ANTISTATIC :
Electrostatic charge removal from films
during processing. Decrease electrostatic
and dust collection on plastic surface
of garden chairs or home appliances.
SLIP : Add
slippage properly to film therefore
reducing heat and friction. Also reduction
of friction and abrasion between machine
and materials. Main application is in
high-speed packaging for food and other
items.
POLYMER PROCESSING
AID : Improve processability
and quality of film, especially in LLDPE.
Main advantages include elimination
of melt fracture in films, improves
transparency, increases gloss, reduces
die build up and faster colour changing
time in customer's process.
