Swati Seals - Key To The Technology of Seals
    Aluminium Foil Seals
Aluminium foil seals for selling over HDPE/LDPE/PP/HIPS/PET/PVC/GLASS containers, jars, and tubs cut to the required dimensions (circle, oval, rectangle, square, easy peel off type) are provided. Seals with various coatings or laminates can be heat sealed or adhesively pasted on the rim of the container. these foil seals can be printed, embossed and are packed in the suitable packing for easier use at the packer's end.
    Integral Safety seals
This is a wet type glue sealable liner. The cold adhesively selling liner also has multi structures, but the most commonly used is

- Backing or carrier material
- Bonding layer
- Aluminium foil
- Paper


The aluminum foil is extrusion laminated or adhesively laminated to paper. The process of application of this liner is:
Wet glue is applied on the mouth of the container. The cap with the wad fitted (either by gluing or by holding in the place by reinforcing crease) is screwed on to the container. The paper layer bonds permanently to the rim of the container after a time span. On opening the container and the carrier material remains in the cap as a secondary seal.

The options provided for structuring an integral safety seal are:

Carrier material: Board (Duplex-food grade pulp) / EPE

Sealing material: Alumimium/Polyster, Polymer/Paper(poster/glassine)
    Induction sealing liners
The induction seal is necessarily an aluminium based multilayer laminate. this seal consists primarily of a

- Carrier or backing material
- Bonding layer
- Aluminium foil
- Sealing layer


Specially multilayer liners laminates of polyster/paper/polymer/lacquer either on the backing or the sealing side are also provided.
Options provided for structuring the induction seal are

Carrier material: Board(waxed/poly or Polyster laminated)/EPE/EPE foam(XLPE)

Sealing material: Aluminium/polyster/paper (glassine/poster/kraft)/polymer/lacquer

    Liners
RESEAL LINERS
Board (duplex-food grade pulp) both waxed or laminated, EPE and EPE foam (XLPE) are provided in punched form as per the required caps specifications of diameter and thickness. The liner is fitted into the cap and it acts as a secondary seal. The primary seal once broken exposes the products, so these reseal liners provide assured air tightness and protect the products for as many times as used.

SPECIALTY LINERS
Apart from the above, we will be glad to take on special liners / seals as for products / pack compatibility and customer specification to cater to different products.
    Wads
The Wad basically consists of four layers :

- Cardboard or Foam Packing.
- Wax Layer.
- Aluminium Foil.
- Sealing Film.

We see a pulp board packing material as the retaining wad, the wax dot pattern layer , the aluminium foil and the sealing film. The lines of force radiate through the foil and induces current flow in it. This increases the temperature of the foil. Due to this , the sealing film melts and adheres to the lip of the container. After the seal is broken, the board or foam packing is retained by the cap.
